Blog: The Cabo Roig promenade is awarded the Blue Flag in 2021.

The Blue Trails (Senderos Azules) are the itineraries that connect the beaches and marinas that have obtained the blue flag award in 2021.

The aim of this initiative is to promote the list of places with a blue flag through the trails that promote natural spaces with heritage and cultural interest.

The Cabo Roig promenade was recently renovated, a promenade that runs for 2 kilometers to connect its two beaches; La Caleta and Cala Capitán, a unique route with privileged views that allows you to enjoy its steep cliffs of characteristic reddish color, dotted with autochthonous Mediterranean vegetation and its transparent waters with turquoise and emerald tones.

The pavement of the path has been repaired and the walls that define it have been reinforced, adding a warm indirect lighting from the ground that gives the night walk a charming atmosphere and without light pollution to enjoy all the beauty of the sea.
